Every room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer, along with a tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV, desk, safe, fan and mosquito net. Daily housekeeping, grocery deliveries, baggage storage, bicycle parking, board games, ironing facilities, family rooms and non-smoking rooms complete the stay, while emergency power keeps WiFi, TVs and room lighting running during outages.

Your host lives on site on a separate floor, often followed around by Kit Kat the cat. Check-in is arranged personally via WhatsApp or phone, and the team speaks English, Afrikaans and Vietnamese.
