Yes. The heated outdoor swimming pool is free for guests, open all year and welcomes all ages.
Is there a hot tub?+
Yes, the rooftop hot tub overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is available for an additional charge.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Please let the host know your arrival time in advance.
What types of rooms can I book?+
You can choose between a Double Room with Terrace and Sea View, a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, a Double Room with Pool View, a Penthouse Apartment and a Studio Apartment.
How close is the beach?+
Rocklands Beach is 800 m away and Three Anchor Bay Beach is 900 m from the villa.
How far is the villa from the centre of Cape Town?+
The city centre is about 3 km away, and Cape Town International Airport is 21 km away.
Do they serve breakfast or is there a restaurant?+
The villa is self-catering, with a fully equipped shared kitchen. Several restaurants are within 550 m, and grocery deliveries can be arranged.
Can I park there?+
There is no private parking, but on-street parking is available right next to the property's entrance.
Is there air conditioning?+
No. Rooms are cooled with fans and large windows for natural ventilation.
What is the WiFi like?+
WiFi is free and fast at 94 Mbps, suitable for 4K streaming and video calls, with emergency power during loadshedding.
Are children and pets allowed?+
Children of all ages are welcome, and children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are not available. Pets are not allowed.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in. Smoking, parties and events are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 23:00 and 06:00. Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Cape Town can experience drought conditions, so we kindly ask guests to use water mindfully.
